So Azabu Juban Matsuri has come and gone.  Normally I’m in Azabu Juban for two reasons…to stuff my face at Frijoles with the best carnitas burritos in Tokyo and to buy tetra fish and bee shrimps.  I guess that’s 3 reasons.

Everyone’s looking at dark clouds of smoke billowing out the window waiting for flames to burst out but nothing happened.
