Doing what you love for a living is a priviledge.  Take away the corporate paycheck, executive jet, company car, whatever other executive perks and if are still able to stick with your dream (without living out of your parents’ basement), it’s a luxury.  Often it’s too easy to succumb to cultural voyeurism.  Reading blogs, lurking on Twitter, obsessively checking Facebook…we watch but we don’t learn, we listen but we don’t act, and we think but we don’t inspire.  Towards the end of last year Cookies N Cream released Stay True, a video magazine about art, designer toys, music, and culture.  More importantly it’s about people doing what they love.   Dropping in Japan later this month.
